Body Discovered Next to Dumpster on 16th Street
Just after 3 pm, witnesses reported an unresponsive man lying next to a dumpster on 16th Street.
When first responders arrived at the scene, they determined that the person was deceased. Officers contacted the Scioto County Coroner’s Office and attempted to locate a next of kin for the deceased.
The coroner’s office took control of the deceased.

Body Discovered on Highland Avenue
Just after 8 pm, police and EMS responded to a report of an unresponsive person in a Highland Avenue Home.
When first responders arrived on the scene, they confirmed that the person was deceased. Officers contacted the Scioto County Coroner’s Office. The coroner gave permission to release the deceased to the funeral home of the family’s choice.
Police took information for a report.
