A home on the 8300 block of Green Street was burglarized in the early morning hours of January 14, 2025. Authorities are piecing together events from security footage to track the suspects.
Around 9:00 p.m. on January 13, a woman was seen on video scoping out the home. Roughly five hours later, around 2:30 a.m., three men arrived and broke into the house. The suspects, all described as white males, were well-dressed and appeared organized.
Suspect Descriptions:
- Suspect 1: A very tall, thin young man wearing a Milwaukee-branded hat, heated jacket, gloves, and light-colored tennis shoes. He appeared inexperienced with tools like a crowbar but managed to steal tools from the home.
- Suspect 2: A medium-build young man in black tennis shoes with white soles, a coat, and a hat featuring distinctive white emblems. The hat possibly had an “X” symbol with a shiny tag. He was wearing a gold chain and a coat that might be from Norfolk Southern or Temu.
- Suspect 3: An older male with a medium build wearing black shoes, a beige coat, black pants, and a shiny black hood. He carried a dark backpack with red straps. This suspect seemed more experienced and took items such as iPhones and several expensive pairs of tennis shoes.
The suspects loaded stolen items into a red Rumpke trash can, which they wheeled to a black/dark gray double-cab pickup truck.

Local woman arrested in Illinois with the stolen Kia. She is awaiting extradition back to Scioto County.
We also have a new piece of video footage showing the stolen KIA, followed by the suspect’s truck.
Information is still being sought about the truck (which may have a loud exhaust) and the suspects shown in the first video.
