Busted! 41 New Arrests in Portsmouth, Ohio – 01/02/24 Scioto County Mugshots

Busted Scioto County Mugshots Portsmouth Arrests

The Scioto County Jail is currently housing 159 inmates.

An arrest is not a conviction. 

All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
