Can You Identify John Doe Inmate?
The Scioto County Jail has a mystery man sitting in a cell. Police booked a bearded fellow on charges of criminal trespass, but they can’t figure out who he is. He was also charged with failure to disclose.
Since officers don’t know who he is, he’s listed on the jail roster at John Z. Doe with a birth date of 12/12/1800. Judging from his mugshot, he’s probably considerably younger than 223 years old. He’s got dark hair and a beard.
His bail is set at $500.
Man Tweaks in Crown Vic
Just after 9 am, officers responded to the 16th Street Apartments for a report of a man tweaking in a White Crown Victoria. Witnesses said the man put the car in drive and backed up.
Officers responded to the scene, and the man gave them permission to search the car. Officers barred the man from the apartment building.
Catalytic Converters Stolen from Auto Lot
Just before noon, police responded to a report of catalytic converters stolen off vehicles on the lot at E & N Auto Sales on 11th Street.
Officers took information for a report and checked nearby businesses for surveillance video.
