Car Runs into Water-Filled Ditch on Tatman-Pond Creek Road
Deputies and medical personnel responded to Tatman-Pond Creek Road just after 7 am for a report of a vehicle in a water-filled ditch with possible people trapped inside.
When medics arrived on the scene, they informed officers that no one was trapped in the vehicle. Dispatch contacted OSP to handle the call, and the individuals involved the accident refused further medical treatment.
Later in the day, officers responded to a vehicle stuck in the water on Rarden-Hazelbaker road with people inside. However, the occupants were able to get out of the car and walk through the water to safety before rescuers arrived.
Another vehicle got stuck in high water just after 10 pm. First responders were able to help the occupants out of vehicle, but the water remained too deep to tow the car.
