Anyone who knows the area realizes that it’s no easy task to casually stroll into this convenience store.
Employees at the First Stop in Rosemount called 911 at 8 am to report a small boy walked into the store by himself. When employees asked where his mother was, he said she was in bed asleep.
By the time officers arrived, the child had already left. However, employees said they knew where the boy lived.
Officers headed to the home to speak with the boy’s mother.
They learned the child had left the house without his mother’s permission while she was asleep.
