Just before 3 pm, a witness reported that a stranger went into a home in the 2400 block of Scioto Trail. The caller said the guy left his bike at the back door.
When officers arrived on the scene, they held the suspect at gunpoint before taking him into custody on charges of criminal trespass.

Police booked Kevin Loop into the Scioto County Jail. Loop’s previous arrests include theft, domestic violence, assault, and drug abuse.
