Corey Adam Collins, 32, of Rarden, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022, at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born on October 5, 1989, in Portsmouth to Sean Kevin (Wanda) Collins of West Portsmouth and Dena Lynn Groves Collins of Rarden.
Surviving are his children; Abbie Collins and Ayden Collins of West Portsmouth; siblings, Chris (Cassandra) Stout of McDermott, Shawna (Lonnie Boldman) Collins of West Portsmouth, Logan (Ashley Bates) McWilliams Groves of Portsmouth, and Braden Groves of Rarden; grandparents, Albert (Linda) Groves of Rarden; aunt, Chasity Groves of Otway; special friend, Sherry Cooper of Rarden; adoptive grandchildren, Jaelynn Cooper and Colton Cooper of Rarden and the mother of his children, Jessica Swords of West Portsmouth.
Corey was preceded in death by his grandparents; Oliver and Erma Collins; great grandparents, Russell and Garnet Fitzpatrick, and uncle, Marc Collins.
Arrangements are currently pending at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway.
The family respectfully requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
