The Scioto County Coroner was called in to investigate multiple deaths.
Just before 5:30, Portsmouth Police officers responded to the Conley River Terminal for a report of a man having difficulty breathing.
Officers and medics responded to business in the 5100 block of Gallia. Medics confirmed the victim was deceased, and officers called in the Scioto County Coroner to take possession of the body.

Just after 10 am, a witness reported finding a 22-year-old victim deceased. Rush Township medics responded to the scene and confirmed the victim had indeed passed.
Deputies called in the Scioto County Coroner, who took possession of the deceased for further forensic investigation.
