Workers from Scioto County Children Services asked officers to help them investigate a disturbing report of alleged child sex abuse.
A relative told CPS that two young children were being abused by three adults who lived in the home with their mother. The relative alleged the mother was fully aware of the abuse and was allowing it to happen.
Officers checked out the addresses CPS had on file for the mother but could not locate the family. The relative claimed the family was currently living in West Portsmouth but couldn’t provide an address.
