David Allen Belveal, 28, of Sciotoville, passed away Sunday June 1, 2025 at SOMC Emergency Room. He was born November 27, 1996 in Portsmouth.
David loved music, boxing, weightlifting and spending a lot of time on his phone talking to family and friends. He loved his family very much and always worried about everyone.
David is survived by his mother, Dee Rollins Tibbs and step father William Tibbs; grandmother, Sherri Rollins; two brothers, Cody Belveal and wife Katie of West Portsmouth and Dalton Tibbs of Sciotoville; aunt, Stacy Sparks; nieces and nephews, Kaylee, Coraline, Kodie and Caiden along with several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father Mark Belveal, sister Chelsey Belveal, grandparents, Frank Rollins, David Belveal and Kay Belveal.
A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday June 5, 2025 from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME (Wolfe-Nelson Chapel) in Sciotoville. Interment will follow at Junior Furnace Cemetery.
