David Ross Pack, 69 of West Portsmouth, died Sunday, September 3, 2023, at his home. He was born August 29, 1954, in Portsmouth, to the late Delmar and Ethel Wogan Pack..
David was a retired construction worker.
Along with his parents, David was preceded in death by his wife, Terri Pack, 2 brothers: James and Thomas Pack and 2 sisters: Carol Pack and Margaret Davis.
David is survived by a son, David Pack, 2 daughters; Teresa and Bruce, and Christie and Shawn, 3 sisters: Susan (Richard) Howard, Carrie Lockhart and Kathy Pack, 6 grandchildren: Bub, Michelle, Johnny, Austin, Beth and Bailey along with 9 great-grandchildren.
