Another death in our community has been attributed to an overdose. The Minford Fire Department and EMS Squad 3 responded to a call in the 3600 block of Swauger Valley Road early Saturday morning.
An individual called 911 to report that a man had fallen against a door, and she was unable to get into the room. It was reported to 911 by the caller that the male had overdosed.
When EMS arrived on scene, they confirmed that a death had occurred.

Both the Scioto County Coroner’s Office and the Scioto County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene.
The body of the deceased was taken into custody by the County Coroner.
