Deputies responded to a report of a domestic argument on Granite Street just after 6 pm. The caller said a woman was in a white SUV and a man was hanging in the window. The caller said the pair were fighting, and this was not the first time it had happened.
When officers responded to the scene, the man took off walking while deputies spoke to the woman. An officer spotted him running into the Pizza Hut and took him into custody. The man requested an ambulance for chest pains.
Police learned both individuals had open warrants. After medics cleared the man, deputies transported both of them to the Scioto County Jail.

Police arrested Michael Sprandlin for a probation violation and Tiffany Winters for contempt of court.
