A worried employer contacted the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office to check on a missing woman.
The employer said the woman was a traveling nurse, but she hadn’t returned to work, and they had not been able to contact her despite attempts to get to her by phone and text.
They said she was due at work at the Williamsburg, Virginia VA a week previously. The caller thought the woman’s spouse resided at a Wheelersburg residence.

When officers checked the address, they found the woman, who said she was just fine. She said she had been injured at work and was now trying to figure out her Workman’s Compensation situation.
