The Portsmouth Police Department and Scioto County Coroner’s Office are jointly investigating an incident that occurred around 4 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.
Police were called to the 500 block of 2nd Street in Portsmouth. The apartment building has a combination of SSU students and also Air BnB and is located above Patties and Pints.
A police officer identified and questioned a witness.
