Everett Coy Hall, 92, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away April 16, 2021 at the Sanctuary of Ohio Valley nursing home under the care of Hospice after a long battle with dementia. Everett was born Aug. 8, 1928 at Oldtown, Kentucky to the late Goldia Mae Hall.
He was preceded in death by his mother, a sister, Lorene Barker, grandson, Craig Fannin.
Surviving are his wife of 68 years, Doris June Barker Hall, four children, Michael (Tina) Hall, Donna (Tom) Tavis, Wanda (Wendel) Fannin and Diane Hall all of South Shore, Kentucky, eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
Everett was a member of the South Shore Old Regular Baptist Church for many years where he loved to sing their old time songs.
He was retired from Vesuvius Chemical Plant in 1994, he was an army Veteran serving in the Korean War, he loved cattle and farming.
In Lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the South Shore Old Regular Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 19, 2021 with Brother Ed Smith, officiating. Burial will follow in Warnock Cemetery, Warnock, Kentucky. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. till the service hour at 1 p.m. on Monday.
Due to Covid restrictions face coverings and social distancing are required.
