Family Calls Cops After Meth-Using Daughter Flips Out
A frightened family called Portsmouth Police at 9:45 am to report their adult daughter was under the influence of drugs and out of control, throwing things at their home.
When officers and medics arrived on the scene, they learned the woman was coming down off meth. She refused further treatment from medics.

Woman Arrested After Dancing in the Street on Kendall Avenue
Officers responded to Kendall Avenue just after 9:30 am for a report of an apparently high woman in a blue hoodie dancing in the street.
Police took a 31-year-old woman into custody for disorderly conduct. This was her 10th visit to the Scioto County Jail. Back in November, police arrested her for domestic violence. Other arrests include probation violations, drug paraphernalia, theft, and assault.
