Franklin Manuel Toland, 45, of Portsmouth, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at his home. He was born August 29, 1975, to the late Russell Clinton Toland and Anna Lou (Miller) Blackburn Franklin was a 1993 graduate of South Webster High School. He enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing, and anything to do with the outdoors.
Franklin is survived by his mother in law and father in law, Richard and Susan Howard; two sons, Derek Bradley of Columbus and Todd Bradley and wife Ginny of West Portsmouth; a niece, Tara Haar and several other nieces and nephews; a sister, Kimberly Todd of Portsmouth; grandchildren, Laikyn Bradley and Layne Bradley. He was also preceded in death by a son, Jacob Bradley, and a brother, Paul Toland.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 9, 2021, at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with pastors Calvin Ray Evans and Brian Baer officiating.
