A 27-year-old Scioto County Man faces charges of rape and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor after the latest session of the Scioto County Grand Jury.
Members of the Grand Jury returned indictments for rape, kidnapping, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, and endangering children against John Greene.
Police took Greene into custody back in September on charges of probation violation, escape, and unlawful sexual contact with a minor.

He’s previously been in jail on charges of domestic violence, violating a protection order, driving under a suspension, probation violation, and failure to appear.
