🛑 Why Finding Missing Teens Is Always Urgent — Even If They’ve Run Away
It’s a common misconception that if a teen leaves voluntarily, it’s not a serious issue. The truth is, every missing child matters, and runaways face real danger:
- They may be without food, shelter, or medical care
- They’re vulnerable to traffickers, abusers, and predators
- They may end up in situations that threaten both their safety and their future
Time is crucial. The sooner teens like Austin and Kinsley are found, the better their chances of staying safe.
💬 A Message to Runaways: You Are Not Alone
If you’re a teen who’s left home — or thinking about it — you might feel stuck or afraid. But please know:
🧡 You are not a problem to be solved — you are a person who deserves help.
📱 Let someone know you’re safe — a friend, a teacher, even a hotline.
🏡 If home isn’t safe, there are other options: shelters, youth services, and adults who truly want to help.
Let’s come together as a community to help bring Austin and Kinsley home.
One phone call can change everything.
