Jack “Butch” Pauley II, 59, of Sciotoville, son of the late Jack and Mary Marlene Jones Pauley, passed away at his home. He was born May 5, 1963, in Portsmouth and was a 1981 graduate of Portsmouth East High School.
Butch had a great love of music, having an extensive album collection and a quick wit. He could make up jokes in the moment and when he laughed, it was contagious and everyone would soon be in stitches.
Those surviving Butch are his loving sisters, Paige Ann (Greg) Robbins, Dr. Jennifer (Keith Edwards) Pauley and Dr. Brooke Pauley (David) Conley, all of Portsmouth; nieces and nephews, Drew (Dr. Jordyn Thiel) Robbins, Parker Johnson, Nathan Robbins, Mikaylah (Kade) Miller, Jase Conley and Emma Edwards; and a great nephew, Wiley Miller.
In addition to his parents, Butch was preceded in death by a nephew, Luke Robbins.
Private services will be held under the direction of the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth with Rev. John Gowdy officiating.
