Our beloved James (Jim) Edward Clark passed away Saturday, February 1, 2025 surrounded by his loving family at the age of 85. Jim was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on June 19, 1939.
Jim became a proud member of the Laborer’s Union in 1968, where he worked in construction to support his family. Jim is survived by his beautiful and loving wife, Rissie Clark, who is the heartbeat of his soul. They were married for 65 wonderful years, and together they raised four children.
Jim is also survived by his son Eddie Clark (Terri), daughter, Tammy Clark, son, Jim/Bubby Clark (Brian), daughter, LoisAnn Klier (Colin), and granddaughters, McKenzie Ratliff, Brittany (Josh) Kinstler, and Ashley (John) Fraley, and grandsons, Tyler Hewitt, Zachary Phillips, EJ Litteral, Logan Ratliff, Travis Will (Stephanie Will), Tyler (Sarah) Will, Derek Will, Ryan (Amanda) Will.
Great-grandchildren, Emma, Sawyer, Maverick, Allison, Waylon, Adrienne, and Holland, and sisters, Suzette (Bill) Warren, Francis Marken, Sharon Karasek and close family friends, Jeff and Diane Todd. Jim was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Andrews, brother, Gary Pendry, sister, Ginger Andrews, brother, Brian Andrews and granddaughter, Debbie Litteral.
Services for Jim will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Brother UTT and Brother Hatfield officiating. Interment will be in Vernon Cemetery.
