Jeffrey “Levi” Riley, 29, of Portsmouth, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2025. He was a passionate gamer and sports car enthusiast, but loved his sugar gliders. His favorite restaurant was Toro Loco. He loved Root Beer, mudding with four wheelers and ATV’s. He loved his cars and Base music. He had a heart of gold but a temper of his own.
Levi is survived by his mother Diane (Fitch) Bailey, and step-father David Bailey of Portsmouth, sisters Kayla Riley and Aaleighah Riley, both of Portsmouth, his half-sister Amy Cassity of Portsmouth; grandparents, Catherine Fitch along with David and Sheila Bailey, all of Portsmouth, uncle James Carl Fitch of Portsmouth, and aunt Cherie Hanes of South Webster. He leaves behind nieces and nephews Addison Riley, Braxton Stiltner, Easton Stiltner, and Jensyn Riley, as well as several cousins.
Levi was preceded in death by his father, Jeffrey Charles Riley, and his grandfather, James Daniel Fitch.
Services are pending at D.W. Swick Funeral Home (Wolfe-Nelson Chapel) in Sciotoville.
