Jerry Lee Jenkins, Jr., 47, of West Portsmouth, died Friday, February 24, 2023, at his home. He was born January 21, 1976, in Ashland, Kentucky, to the late Jerry Lee Jenkins and Sandy Pancake Maguire, who survives.
Along with his father, he was preceded in death by an infant brother Brian Lee Jenkins.
Jerry Lee was a 1994 graduate of Portsmouth West High School and was self-employed. He loved watching racing, from Dirt to NASCAR. He also liked watching football, especially his Green Bay Packers. What he truly loved was his children and grandchildren.
Along with his mother, Jerry Lee is survived by a son, Nathan Lee Jenkins, a daughter Tiffany (Mason) Welch, and 3 grandchildren: Ashley, Jaelyn, and Conor Welch.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Woodland Cemetery in Coal Grove. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
