Jettie Farley, 83, of South Portsmouth, Kentucky passed away on Jan. 22, 2021. She was born in Baisden, West Virginia, May 6, 1937, a daughter of the late Hollie Mounts and Inez Blankenship Mounts. Jettie was a homemaker and a member of the White Oak Chapel Church.
Preceded in death by her husband, Guy Hansel Farley, one grandson Vernon Ray Stapleton, two brothers, Randall Mounts and Marvie Mounts, one sister, Maxine Gyurik.
Surviving are two daughters, Ellen Kemplin of South Shore, Kentucky, Donna (Jim) Wolf of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, one son Guy Farley of West Portsmouth, Ohio, two brothers, Carl Mounts and Kendall Mounts, ten grandchildren, Crystal Stapleton, Victoria Vanderpool, Toni Wilson, Amber Young, Stephanie Burke, Nan Ward, Tarien Williamson, Tiffany Stombock and Travis and Eric Bradford, thirty great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021, at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with John Reed, officiating. Burial will follow in Blankenship Cemetery, South Portsmouth, Kentucky. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. till the service hour at 1 p.m.
