Kelley “Tucker” Kendall Tolliver, 89, of Piketon, Ohio passed away Friday, April 18, 2025 at home surrounded by family. He was born September 28, 1935 in Lumberton, Ohio to the late Lucy Alexander Tolliver and Leck (Ruby) Tolliver. Kelley was united in marriage to the late Karen Ann Tolliver on December 26, 1997. She was the love of his life.
Kelley is survived by his daughters, Pam (Doug) Tolliver-Penwell and Karen Tolliver-Gregory; and a son, John (Melissa) Tolliver; a step-daughter, Teresa (George) Hart-Horsley; a step-son, John (Joanne) Hart; a sister, Wanda (Ray) Parker; and a nephew, Brandon Moore. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Kelley (Heather) Penwell, Amanda (Ricky) Elliott, Britton (Christina) Penwell, Levi Tolliver, Dirk (Rebecca) Chaney-Zimmerman, Andrew, Jacob, Nick (Brandy) Osburn, Zach (Mattie) Lewis, Josh Lewis, Aaron (Brittany) Lewis, Brandon (Nicole) Horsley and John Abner; and great-grandchildren, Koleton (Kallie), Briar, Brantlee, Audrina, Atleigh and Ezra Penwell, Ashlyn and Aubree Elliott, Shaelynn Tolliver, Addison Osburn, Chloe and Peyton Osburn, Kendall Tolliver, Claire Chaney-Zimmerman, Gracie Jo Horsley, Bentley and Bailey Love, Mark, Ben, and Caroline Lewis and Addison and Riley Swain.
He is preceded in death by his wife Karen Ann Tolliver, his parents, Lucy Alexander-Tolliver and Leck Tolliver, step-mother Ruby Tolliver; two grandsons, Jonathan Tolliver and John Tyler ‘Ty’ Tolliver-Abner and three special best friends, Ronnie Dixon, John Henry Smith and Steve Locke.
Kelley graduated from Piketon High School in 1953. He served his country for 20 years in the US Navy and later retired from The Portsmouth Atomic Plant. He worked traveling to different Nuclear Plants across the United States after that. He loved his children and grand and great-grandchildren and they loved him so very much. He loved hunting ginseng and morel mushrooms when he was able. He also loved shooting trap. He will be greatly missed. He was loved by so many.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 25, 2025 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home with Vicki Bays officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Hill Cemetery, Piketon. Family will receive friends on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
