1 Kids Present at Harrisonville Avenue Overdose
Officers and an ambulance responded to a house on Harrisonville Avenue after a report of an overdose. The caller said they had administered Narcan to revive the victim and also reported there were children present in the home.
When first responders arrived at the scene, a neighbor reported the overdose victim had left with other people in a car.
2 Overdose on Highland Avenue
Officers and EMS personnel responded to a report of an overdose on Highland Avenue just before 3 am.
Police said there were people on the scene who could care for the intoxicated man. He did not require transport to the hospital.
Another overdose report came in at 6:30 pm, this time on 29th Street. The patient refused medical and was left in the care of their family.
