A Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputy was out on another call in West Portsmouth when a child flagged them down to report a sexual assault.
Police took a man into custody and immediately contacted CPS.
Officers booked Isaiha Clinton into the Scioto County Jail for rape.

Deputies responded to a second report of a sexual assault on Sunday night after a woman said she was attacked in Wheelersburg. Officers took information for a report and briefed detectives from Scioto County SVU.
