Man Arrested for 30th Time
Portsmouth Police Officers arrested a man for the 30th time after a woman contacted them to report there was a man in her apartment with open warrants.
When officers arrived at her Washington Street Apartment, they discovered Cristopher Middleton, 47, who had open warrants for probation violation and possession of meth.
Middleton has been a guest at the Scioto County Jail 30 times. Previous charges include probation violation, DUI, possession of meth and heroin, theft, breaking and entering, failure to appear, criminal damaging, possession of criminal tools, receiving stolen property, falsification, not wearing his seatbelt, and having a loud exhaust.
Middleton currently sits in the Scioto County Jail without bail.
