As the brutal cold grips our area, some are forced to take drastic measures.
On Saturday night, PPD received a call from a concerned neighbor who said that there were lights on in a boarded up condemned house.
When officers arrived, they noted a vehicle at the home and ran to the plates. They returned to Joseph Ray Robinson of that address.
After refusing to acknowledge the knocks and commands of the officers, Robinson finally emerged.
Police noted that the plywood would need to be replaced.
They charged Robinson with Criminal Trespass and Obstruction.
