An employee of Fred’s Pizza Express on 11th Street contacted police around 10 am to report a man had locked himself in the bathroom and was not answering when employees knocked on the door.
When officers arrived on the scene, they arrested Michael Sibole on charges of failure to appear out of Medina.

Sibole was arrested in Dayton back in 2018 after a police pursuit in a stolen vehicle. At the time, the owner of the truck claimed he took her daughter’s Girl Scout Cookie money from the vehicle. He also has previous arrests for burglary and domestic violence.
