A man caused a disturbance at a local mental health facility when they refused to give him Suboxone.
Staff called Portsmouth Police around 4:40 pm to say a man had refused to leave the lobby and harassed everyone going in and out of the building.

He’d requested Suboxone from the facility, but they don’t dispense the medication, which is used by those fighting opioid addiction.
Police called for an ambulance, and medics transported the man to the hospital.
