A man sentenced to prison for a fatal crash that killed two women and an unborn child in Pike County found himself back behind bars for a parole violation.
Waverly resident Paul Riggs pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, and failure to stop after an accident.
Riggs served seven years in prison and was released on parole back in 2020. The state of Ohio listed Riggs as a violator at large and said he should be considered dangerous and possibly armed.
Police caught up with him just before 4 pm and booked him into the Scioto County Jail.
