Just after 8:30 am, Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the Super 8 on US 23 for a report of an angry man at the front desk demanding a refund because he found bed bugs in his room.

Shortly afterward, the man called 9-1-1 with the same complaint. Dispatch advised him to step outside the business.
When officers arrived on the scene, the man settled his dispute with the hotel and decided to leave the business.
