Portsmouth Police responded to several incidents of bizarre behavior, including a door-to-door drug seeker.
At 6 p.m., a Grandview Avenue caller spotted a woman hiding behind a privacy fence in the alley of a home in the 1300 block. When officers caught up with her, they said she appeared to be okay.
Shortly afterward, a caller reported a man acting as if he were on drugs in the parking lot of the Magic Tunnel Car Wash. Police said the man appeared to be okay when they spoke to him.
At 7:30 pm, Kent Street callers said a man dressed in black was knocking on doors and asking for drugs. Police took the man into custody.
Just before 9 pm, a caller said a man coming down off a meth high threatened her. Police caught up with the man about half an hour later and took him into custody.
