A man with a long history of arrests landed back behind bars after officers responded to a report of a man punching his wife at the Marathon station on the Scioto Trail.
When police arrived on the scene, they discovered a man with an open warrant for criminal trespass. Police took 57-year-old Terry Rafalowski into custody for domestic violence and criminal trespass.
This was his 20th trip to the Scioto County Jail. Previous arrests include probation violations, multiple DUIs, disorderly conduct, drug abuse, and trafficking in drugs.

Rafalowski was released from prison back in November of 2020 after doing time for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
