A woman reported a terrifying incident near Big Lots just after 5:30 pm. She said she was walking behind the store when a 6 ft. tall man with a limp grabbed her.
She said she struggled to get away, broke free, and ran home. She said the man went into the woods behind the store.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found a man with an open warrant in the area and took him into custody.

However, after reviewing the video and speaking to the victim, they determined he didn’t match the description of the attacker. They did arrest him on the open warrant.
Officers returned to Big Lots two hours later after someone spotted a man matching the description on the lot. However, when officers arrived, they determined it wasn’t their guy.
