Margaret Gladys (Donahue) Crabtree, 76 of West Portsmouth crossed over to her “Heavenly Home” into the arms of her precious Savior on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at SOMC Hospice. She was born on January 8, 1949 in Portsmouth to the late Wade Jr. and Maxine Ginn Donahue.
Along with her parents, she is receded in death by her beloved brothers, Troy Lee Donahue, Darvin Dean Donahue, and Wade Donahue III, a sister, Mary Fields, and one grandson.
Margaret was a member of Grace Chapel Church where she held the position of secretary for many years. She worked for our local hospital where she retired serving 21 years. She was a graduate of Valley High School.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Johnny Crabtree, whom she married April 27, 1996; her loving daughters, Jordyn Bradford, LaCosta (Jeff) Craig, Julie (Robert) Rouse, Lana (Roger) Conley, LeeAnna Bradford, Kim (Ben) Hobbs, and Tina Crabtree; a step-son, Dallas Bradford; her loving sisters, Teresa Donahue and Jolene (Gary) Distel; a brother, David Mylan of England; her 12 precious grandchildren, who proudly called her “Grandmother”, Tesa (Kylon) Crabtree, Trevor (Magen) Conley, Taylor and Grace Conley, Heather and Sommer Rouse, Ambre (Scott) Oppy, LaCyra (Hayden) Rogers, Layla Craig, Savannah (Caleb) Keelin, Sydney and Sawyer Hobbs; 10 great-grandchildren, Korbin and Oaklynn Crabtree, Casen and Camren Conley, Bexton Oppy, Emmitt Rouse, baby Roman Rouse, Wallace and Lincoln Rogers and Chandler Keelin, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday August 13, 2025 at the Roger W Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Rick Ratliff officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
