Medical Examiner Called in After Bones Discovered at Raceway Park
Two people enjoying the day fishing on the river near Portsmouth Raceway Park made an unusual discovery.
They said they found five bones they believed belonged to a person.
Law enforcement advised them not to touch the bones and dispatched a deputy to the scene. The deputy took photos of the remains and sent them to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office to determine if they belonged to a person.

Fortunately, Montgomery County said the bones did not belong to a human.
