Mikaylah Rhea (Belford) Moore, 23, of Wheelersburg, passed away Friday, April 14, 2023, at her home. She was born in Portsmouth on June 5, 1999 to Ryan Rase and Michelle Belford. She was a 2017 graduate of South Webster High School. Mikaylah attended Waits Baptist Church. She loved to design decals, and in high school, she played volleyball and softball. She also loved shopping and taking vacations. After graduating from Shawnee State University, she was employed at EN Engineering.
Mikaylah is survived by her father, Ryan Rase and wife Lisa of Wheelersburg; mother, Michelle Belford of Wheelersburg; father and mother in law, Lou Ann Moore and Rick Moore of Wheelersburg; her husband, Alex Moore of Wheelersburg; great grandmother, Juanita Belford; grandparents, Mike and Debbie Rase, Sandra and Joseph Belford all of Wheelersburg; a brother, Ethan Rase of Wheelersburg; a sister, Alyssa Belford of Wheelersburg; uncle, Joseph Belford and wife Kristy; aunt, Lindsay Mullins and husband Jason.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to The Mikaylah Belford Moore Scholarship Fund during visitation hours or by contacting The Scioto Foundation.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in Wheelersburg with Pastor Brent Saxton, with interment to follow at Vernon Cemetery in Wheelersburg.
