The Scioto County Grand Jury indicted a mom and aunt accused of denying a six-year-old food and water during a court-ordered visitation at the aunt’s Wheelersburg home.
After the incident, the child was hospitalized for malnutrition, dehydration, and hypoglycemia.
Mother Micheal J. Born, 31, and Aunt Courtney Born, 34, are both charged with two counts of endangering children.
