A frantic mother contacted PPD at 5 pm to report that a woman had just kicked her out of her house and had refused to hand over her 5-month-old baby.
At first, the woman refused to answer the door but finally did after the police had been there for a few minutes. The woman handed over the baby and the child’s property.
Officers returned the baby to its mother.
