Just before noon, deputies responded to Lucasville after a report that a man had assaulted multiple women inside a home.

Witnesses also claimed the man had a gun in his possession. When officers arrived on the scene, they took David Payton into custody for domestic violence.
Payton was previously arrested for domestic violence back in 2018 and also had previous arrests for contempt of court and criminal damage.
