EMS and officers responded to a terrifying report on St. Rt. 104 just after 8 am. A caller said someone pushed a naked woman out of a silver Honda. Good Samaritans who stopped to help said the woman was initially unresponsive but was soon able to talk.
Medics transported the woman to SOMC for treatment.
Officers spoke to the woman at the hospital and also gathered evidence from the scene of the incident.
