Officers responded to Linden Avenue at 3:20 pm to investigate a report of a man wearing very little clothing acting suspiciously in the 1200 block.
This area is the subject of frequent calls due to issues with vacant houses, homeless people, and drug abuse. Officers are still investigating the case of a man found murdered in the area.
Police took the suspicious half-dressed man into custody.

Passed Out at the Wheel on Walnut Street
At 5 am, witnesses reported a vehicle running with lights on in the 3000 block of Walnut. The caller said someone was slumped over the wheel.
Officers took the driver into custody on an open warrant from the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office and arranged for the vehicle to be towed.
