A South Point mother and daughter’s campaign of harassment against their neighbor has already sent the mom to jail on more than one occasion, but her adult daughter is continuing the family tradition.
We’ve told you many times about police calls to the home revolving around the pair’s refusal to stay off the neighbor’s property, dumping feces in their side yard, and making threats with weapons.
The homeowners called Lawrence County Deputies just before noon to report the daughter had violated a protection order once again. The homeowners showed officers security video of the neighbor on their property where she walked into the side yard, to the rear of the house, and across the porch. They also had footage of the woman on their property carrying a handgun.
When officers spoke to them, the woman showed him video of the neighbor driving down the road, even though the protection order prevented her from recording the neighbors. She admitted that she had violated the protection order and that her mother was currently in jail for multiple violations. She gave officers permission to check the house for weapons.
Police located six guns, ammunition, and 33 knives.
Officers arrested the daughter and took her into custody for violating the protection order.
