A 30-year-old New Boston woman is facing serious charges after the latest session of the Scioto County Grand Jury.
They returned multiple indictments against Sixx Bently on charges stemming from an incident at Walmart.
Bently was indicted on 2 counts of robbery, 2 counts of assault, and misdemeanor theft charges.
This isn’t Bently’s first run-in with the law. Previous arrests include disorderly conduct, obstructing justice, resisting arrest, and failure to appear.
The grand jury also indicted another New Boston resident in connection with the incident. Jesse Carpenter also faces 2 counts of robbery, 2 counts of assault, and a count of misdemeanor theft.
A Portsmouth resident also faces similar charges. Bailey Mullins, 23, was indicted on 2 counts of Robbery, assault, and misdemeanor theft. She was previously arrested back in April for criminal trespass.
