Norma Faye (Flowers) Wiltshire, of Wheelersburg, OH, went to her
Heavenly home on Monday, April 7, 2025. She was born October 2, 1931 in
Sugar Grove, OH, a daughter of the late Fred and Doris (Smith)
Schwamberger. She had worked in the office of the former Williams
Manufacturing Co., and as secretary at the prior Lincoln Elementary School (both in Portsmouth). She was a member of the previous First United Methodist Church in Portsmouth until moving away in 1983.
Norma was the dedicated wife of 38 years to Raymond Wiltshire of
Loveland, OH, who passed away in March 2020, and to her first husband of
27 years, Richard Flowers of Portsmouth, OH, who passed away in
September 1980. Also preceding her in death were two sisters,
Temperance Bahner and Virginia Cooley; three brothers, Russell, Howard, and Paul Schwamberger; a step-son, Blaine Wiltshire; a
step-granddaughter, Amber Cooper Kegley; and a step-great-grandson, Logan Cooper.
Norma’s greatest pleasure was spending time with her family and being a loving and generous mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Dee Mauk of
Wheelersburg; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and Dreama Flowers of
Quincy, KY; a son and daughter-in-law, Gregory and Jill Flowers of Wheelersburg; a step daughter-in-law, Kathy Wiltshire of Littleton, CO; three granddaughters, Amanda (Jonathan) Eaton of Wheelersburg, Kelsey (Gareth) Bussa of Wheelersburg, and Megan Meyers of Pinellas Park, FL; a step-granddaughter, Lauren Wiltshire of Centennial, CO; three grandsons, Christopher (Sara) Mauk of Wheelersburg, Joey Meyers of Mansfield, OH, and Levi Meyers of Mansfield, OH; a step-grandson Kevin
(Marita) Cooper of Harrogate, TN; six great-granddaughters, Macee and
Emmee Eaton of Wheelersburg, Caroline and Elizabeth Mauk of Wheelersburg, and Alessia and Aria Cipolloni of Pinellas Park, FL; a great-grandson, Brooks Bussa of Wheelersburg; three
step-great-granddaughters, Elizabeth Cooper of Harrogate, TN, Taylor Bryant of Tollesboro, KY, and Morgan Cooper of Vanceburg, KY; a
step-great-grandson, Hunter (Bailey) Bryant of Richmond, KY; two step great-great grandsons, Jonah and Samson Cooper of Vanceburg, KY; three nieces and three nephews.
Visitation and services will be held 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Thursday, April 10,
2025 at the Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg, with Perry Prosch officiating, and an 11:00 AM interment on Friday, April 11, 2025 at the Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg.
