Officers responded to a Farley Court apartment after a domestic incident spun out of control. A caller said a man was refusing to leave the apartment and had threatened to stab a dog. They said both the man and woman involved in the incident had a knife.
The woman said the man had broken things inside the home and cut his own arm.

When officers arrived on the scene, they sent for an ambulance to treat lacerations on the man’s arm and arrested Amanda Lewis for domestic violence and felonious assault. Lewis has a previous arrest for domestic violence in 2020.
